Industrial and logistics (I&L) property company, Potter Space, has extended its long-term leasing partnership with national transport and logistics company, Bowker Group.
The partnership sees Bowker secure a 10-year extension at the Potter Space site in Ripon. To support Bowker's continued growth, the deal also includes a further 50,000 sq. Ft., on the estate.
The deal firmly establishes Potter Space as Bowker's home for business for the foreseeable future. Headquartered in Preston, Lancashire, Bowker Group provides a complete range of warehousing and distribution services supported by industry leading technology. The company occupies space in Potter Space Business Parks across the UK, including at Droitwich, which is currently undergoing £18 million of investment as part of Potter Space’s five-year strategic vision.

Stretching over 60 acres, the site currently has 20,000 sq. ft. available to let and an additional 90,000 sq. ft. of detailed planning approved. A further application for 23,000 sq. ft. of starter units has been submitted to continue this growth, demonstrating the success of the site as a location for local and national businesses.
