About Potter Space Droitwich Business Park
At our long-established and successful business park in Droitwich, we are about to start a significant new phase of development, creating additional industrial units on the 38 acre site. Phase one, consists of a two-year programme to complete two units, measuring 28,360 sq ft and 21,895 sq ft, and is scheduled to begin on April 4th with completion by Spring 2023.
We are keen to build long-term partnerships with local suppliers, builders and construction teams in the Droitwich area to help us achieve our development goals and make our business park the perfect ‘home for business.

All new units at Droitwich will be aiming for BREEAM ‘Very Good’ accreditation, providing quality, sustainable buildings for our customers. In line with our continuous improvement programme, we’re placing high importance on enhancing the amenity space on the estate. This will include extending landscaped areas, creating dedicated picnic areas, and creating nature walks close to the site.
